Organized teacher training program for the teachers of Baltistan.

Teachers’ Training workshop at Skardu, Baltistan.

Four-week long training workshop for the orientation of Central Asia Educational Trust (CAET) teachers was arranged at Skardu:
• First Teacher Training from October 17, to October 23,

 

• Second Teacher Training from November 1 to November 7,

• Third Teacher Training from November 11 to November 17

• Forth Teacher Training from November 23 to November 29.

The event was first of its kind and for the most of the participant’s as, it was a refreshing and educative experience. Messer Azeemullah & Co., was selected for the job after through a fair and transparent and competitive process. The training was imparted on holistic basis under the overall supervision of Ms. Asia Amin, Program Manager, Baltistan. Besides conducting training, the trainer was also charged with the responsibility for advising on suitability of the participant for further retention of their services.
Mr. Akhtar Rasool ,Finance Manager, paid a three day visit to Skardu to oversee the manner in which the training was being conducted. He also briefed the participants about the future plan of CAET in education sector in the region. He particularly emphasis the need for the improvement in the quality of education. At the conclusion of the workshop, the participants were given a farewell in which high official from the education departments and the local leads were invited.
